Purchasing products online can, in fact, be risky. However, the security of the site depends on the security invested in the web development. Pharm + CBD secures it's website with a Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL, certificate to ensure privacy and safety for our visitors. If your preferred method of payment fails we recommend checking the information you entered first and trying again. If your payment continues to fail please contact your card provider for further information. If payment attempts continue to fail, please message us immediately with your (1) name, (2) preferred order, and (3) phone number and we may be able to process your order via phone.

To cancel an order, you must contact Pharm + CBD before we ship your product to you. Once we have been notified we can issue a refund, If we have already shipped your product to you you will need to return the product to us for a refund.
All orders will receive a shipment notification, including official USPS tracking number, via email once orders are processed. Simply copy your tracking number ad visit USPStracking.com. You can enter your tracking number to learn where your shipment is and how long it should take to arrive.
The Pharm + CBD Shop allows for a 14-day return policy. Buyer must contact Pharm + CBD within the 14 days to notify of (1) shipping, (2) tracking number, and (3) reason for return. Once returned, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds do not include return shipping or initial shipping costs.
